Files, sorts, scans, and distribute various documents as instructed.
Sets up meetings/appointments for several executive staff and coordinates calendars.
Assists the public at the service counter and processes permit applications; and performs related duties as required.
May act as receptionist/front counter employee in absence of the primary receptionist.
Valid CA Drivers License
Government experience highly desired.
