An super great organization in the Minneola, FL region is in need of a temporary Accounting Clerk for a unfilled vacancy within the Finance Division. This is a part-time contract job working for an anticipated duration of 3+ months and can at the clients discretion be extended or made permanent. Part-time hours are 20+ hours a week. Compensation is open, DOE/DOQ.

Enter meter reading and prepare customer utility billing and bulk mail-out, oversee the collection of all revenue and expenditure of agency funds.
Assist as Teller as needed, closeout and balance daily receivable as needed.
Prepare and process Accounts Payable checks and ensure invoice payment in a timely manner.
Prepare and maintain clerical accounting records such as General Ledger accounting files.
Examine, reconcile, balance and adjust accounting records; prepare and enter Journal Entries.
Reconciles bank statements to the general ledger monthly.
Process all other accounting activities as prescribed
Minimum of Accounting Diploma with at least 3 years working knowledge of Accounting and Bookkeeping or a minimum of 4 years working knowledge of Accounting and Bookkeeping.
